Kristi Tanner, a single mother of four and the driving force behind the venture, brings personal passion to the concept. Throughout her recovery, she recognized the need for inclusive spaces where individuals could feel empowered to choose sobriety without feeling excluded from social activities. She has been transparently sharing her story of alcohol addiction and recovery via her Instagram @mocktailmommy. After becoming a certified recovery coach and graduating from Sans Bar Academy, opening Sober Social was a natural extension of her impact mission.
